Firstly I would like to say that in researching the phrase "Passing the Seed", I learned a lot about germination of tomatoes.
So from what I've read, the word "seed" means your offspring.
Abraham's seed is Isaac
Isaac's seed is Jacob and Esau
Jacob... had A LOT of seeds... (if you had twin-ish sisters, you would too.)
The point I'm getting at is that biblically speaking Jack broke a big rule. When you knowing spill seaman on a non-vaginal area you are wasting your potential seed.
See I'm fine with Jack-off being gay. I believe everyone has the right to love freely. So long as it's not an abuse of power, rape, or molestation. Also lying to justify your acts is transparent and sad.
So if Jack-off or one of his special friends, jacked off on you and told you it was god's will, then you should know... IT WAS A LIE.

Bottom line: You can't justify whacking off on a 17 year old... even if some "ancient rite" did exist 1,000's of years ago. There's plenty of things we use to do 1,000 years ago that we don't do now. It's called evolving as a species. Jack was sick and twisted and those who followed him were sticking their heads int he sand. Wake up people!
